Overview
Use the Client Portal to view, comment on, or update your existing IT ticket requests.
Steps to Access Your Ticket Requests
1. Log in to the Digital Backpack
2. Open the Client Portal
3. View Your Tickets

In the top left of the Client Portal home page, click the My Tickets button.

Alternatively, click Services at the top of the page.
4. Manage Your Requests

You will see a list of all your ticket requests.

Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow your view by status class, department, service, and more.

To view more details about a request or to leave a comment, click on the ticket name.
5. View Tickets Where You Are a Listed Contact

On the Ticket Requests page, check the box labeled "Include requests that I am listed as a contact on".

Click the Search button at the top of the page to refresh the ticket list.

Tickets where you are listed as a contact will now appear in your results.
